REGISTRATION
· Who can participate in BIMUN?
Only High School students are admitted. Before applying, please note that the permitted age gap for delegates is constricted between 15 and 18 years.
· When does registration close?
Registration closes on January 1st (for other deadlines, click HERE). However, country allocations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, do not wait too long with your registration; otherwise, your preferences might already be taken.
DELEGATIONS
· Is there a maximum or minimum number of delegates a school must take?
A school application form requires 2 or more students applying. There is no maximum.
· How many delegates can represent a nation?
A delegation may be represented in all committees excluding Security Council. Inside the same committee, there can only be one delegate representing the same nation.
PAYMENT
· How do I complete the payment?
Once registered, you will receive an email with the conference's bank account information.

· How will I know whether you've received the payment?
As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an e-mail of confirmation. Your steps within the registration are then completed. The BIMUN ESADE Team will allocate you as soon as possible with consideration of your country's preferences.

· What are your refund policies? What happens if the Conference is cancelled?
We live in a world of uncertainty due to the recent worldwide pandemic. You can check our policies in case we have to, sadly, cancel BIMUN ESADE 2024 clicking here.
ACCOMMODATION
· Where should I sleep?
If you are an international delegate, we recommend that you take the "All-inclusive pack". Click here for more information.

SOCIALISING
· Are there any evening activities planned?
There is a social event planned for Friday night. A schedule will be outlined in the Conference booklet and will be published on the BIMUN ESADE website some weeks before the conference starts. The costs for the social package, are not included in the conference fee. The social event has a price of 30 EUR per delegate and Faculty Advisor.
VISA
​· I am from outside the European Union, do I need a Visa?
Please check whether you have to apply for a visa in order to participate at BIMUN ESADE 2024. Note that BIMUN only issues visa letters but never guarantees nor hands out a Visa.
· I need to apply for a Visa, what do I have to do?
This mainly depends on the country you are registered in and how long you intend to stay in Spain. For detailed information please contact the Spanish embassy in your country.
· What we can do for you concerning the Visa?
We want to stress that applying for a Visa may at some point turn out to be more difficult and time-consuming than expected. Therefore, we advise you to apply for a visa as soon as possible. We are willing to support you by issuing visa letters. As soon as you paid, activated and filled out your delegates profile successfully, you can request a visa letter via email bimun@barcelonamun.com and we will send the letter to you, which can be handed in at your embassy.
INVITATION LETTER
· ​I need a formal invitation letter for my Institution/University, what should I do?
If you would like an invitation letter for your institution, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to bimun@barcelonamun.com. In this email please state the official name of the institution, the name and the official title of the person the letter should be addressed to and an e-mail address. We will then proceed with your request as soon as possible.
TRANSPORT
· How do I get to Barcelona?​
Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and is therefore easily reachable either via train or plane. The closest airport is Barcelona-El Prat.

· Does BIMUN arrange flights?
BIMUN does not take responsibility for planning flights. However, the organizers are willing to answer any questions related to booking.
