Bookings will not be confirmed until we have received the full payment for the stay. Once the Hotel El Sant Cugat is full, we will be offering some spots at Hotel Venture Sant Cugat or the Holiday Inn Express Sant Cugat.

Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment for the stay has been received. Once the El Sant Cugat Hotel is full, some spots will be offered at B&B Hotel Barcelona Sant Cugat****, where a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel and conference venues will also be provided.

Please note that BIMUN ESADE has a non-refundable 750€ Commitment Fee for schools to secure a spot in the conference. This fee will be deducted from the final payment. The Commitment Fee is waived for schools that are part of the BIMUN ESADE Diplomat and Peacemaker tiers of the Loyalty Program.
