Thursday is the landing day for our participants so we recommend you book your flights to Barcelona to arrive before midday. Alternatively, you can book an extra night and arrive on Wednesday the 17th if you prefer.
If you would like us to arrange transportation from the airport and back please let us know so we can book shuttle buses for you, please note that this is not included unless you request it.
You should set the transport from the airport to the following address: El Sant Cugat: Carrer de Cèsar Martinell, 2, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of BIMUN ESADE's Executive Team. They will give you the official welcome to the conference and hand you the Welcome Kit.
The Opening Ceremony and Teambuilding activities will be held this day so there will be transport arranged to get to the venues in Barcelona. Afterwards, there will be an option to visit Barcelona - transport back to the hotel will be arranged by the conference.
Dinner on Thursday won't be provided by the conference so it's your chance to explore Sant Cugat, below you will find our best restaurant recommendations, there's something for everyone.

Friday's schedule is tightly packed with debate sessions so to start off the morning right a buffet breakfast will be provided at the hotel, starting at 7 AM.
Debate will begin at 9 AM so we will meet directly at ESADE Sant Cugat (a 5-minute walk away from Hotel El Sant Cugat).
We will have lunch at ESADE in their buffet restaurant with different options to please all participants (included in the pack).
Debate sessions will go on until 5:30 PM with some coffee breaks throughout the day to keep everyone fuelled and energised.
For those of you who have chosen to attend our Social Event, you will have time to go to the hotel and get ready beforehand. At 7:15 PM busses will take you to the Attic Studio (the Social Event venue), where dinner will be served.
After a nice party, busses will bring you back to the Hotel at 11 PM so everyone can get a good night's rest before Saturday.

Saturday is the last day of the conference. Like on Friday, you will be able to enjoy breakfast from 7 AM, and the conference will start at 9 AM. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from ESADE Sant Cugat.
There will be debate sessions taking place all day long, with pauses for refreshments and lunch at ESADE's buffet restaurant.
Finally, the Closing Ceremony will be held at the European International School of Barcelona, a 3-minute walk away from ESADE Sant Cugat. There, our conference will draw to a close after three intense days of debate and fun.
Dinner on Saturday won't be provided by the conference so it's your chance to explore Sant Cugat, below you will find our best restaurant recommendations, there's something for everyone.
Check-out from the hotel is on Sunday the 21st in the morning, remember that we can arrange transportation to and from the airport, you can book that by contacting us directly as it is an extra service.
