At the global pandemic produced by the COVID 19, we want to share our protocol and contingency plan that aims to ensure the health of our assistants, and all the staff that could be affected.

There are several possible scenarios:

1. No restrictions are needed and there is nothing to worry about

2. The conference can be done, but security measures are needed and we need to follow the protocol.

3. Forced to cancel by authorities and organise a full online ​conference (as 2021).
