Before applying, please be aware that the permitted age range for delegates is strictly between 15 and 18 years.

1. Registration: Sign up on the BIMUN ESADE intranet by accessing the top right corner of the page.

2. Application: Complete the application forms, selecting "School" as the application type and choosing your desired package (Conference, Conference & Accommodation, or Full BCN Experience).

3. Application Management: Once your information is submitted, you will be redirected to your "My Application" page, where you can modify your application details as needed (e.g., number of delegates, check-in/check-out dates).

4. Payment: All payment-related documents will be available on the "My Payment Documents” page. Additionally, you will receive an email with instructions to pay the non-refundable Commitment Fee to secure your spot in the conference. This fee must be paid within two weeks and will be deducted from the final payment. If you are part of the BIMUN ESADE Loyalty Program, the Commitment Fee is waived.

5. Confirmation: After the full payment is received, we will provide the delegation and committee assignments for your school along with a "Student Form." This form must be completed and returned, detailing the participants' information and allocations. It is the responsibility of the school to assign students to their respective delegations and committees, following the list provided by BIMUN ESADE.

6. Research Preparation: Research reports will be available on this website starting March 1st, 2025.
