Before applying, please be aware that the permitted age range for delegates is strictly between 15 and 18 years.

1. Registration: Sign up on the BIMUN ESADE intranet by accessing the top right corner of the page.

2. Application: Complete the application forms, selecting "Individual" as the application type and choosing your desired package (Conference, Conference & Accommodation, or Full BCN Experience).

3. Application Management: Once your information is submitted, you will be redirected to your "My Application" page, where you can modify your application details as needed (e.g., check-in/check-out dates).

4. Payment: All payment-related documents will be available on the "My Payment Documents" page. Please proceed with the payment as outlined in the documents.

5. Confirmation: After full payment is received, we will confirm your participation and provide you with further instructions on your role in the conference.

6. Research Preparation: Research reports will be available on this website starting March 1st, 2025.
