The Opening Ceremony will be held here on Thursday.
The Opening Ceremony is the first formal event of the conference. The Organizers and Executive Team welcome the delegates and present the project, it's aims and our hopes for the following days. Usually, a person of high importance in the community also delivers a speech, and may accept a Q&A with the delegates. After the event, BIMUN ESADE 2024 will have officially started. Jardins del Palau de Pedralbes is a parc that offers exceptional panoramic views of Barcelona and its surrounding towns.
The Teambuilding activities will be held here on Thursday.
Team Building: One of BIMUN's innovations with regards to other MUN conferences. Formerly exclusive to the European Youth Parliament, the founders of BIMUN incorporated this fun and dynamic way to connect with fellow delegates. A series of games and activities are presented to the participants, all with the aim to stimulate the creation of new relationships, under the direction of experienced MUN members. Teambuilding is geared towards creating confidence and trust within the members of each committee so they will be prepared to face all the challenges that lie ahead, being capable of discussing and building solutions together to current global topics.
Dress code: Business casual. Please note that it is highly recommendable to avoid using heels during teambuilding activities.

A world-renowned institution, ranked one of the best international business schools in the world with outstanding facilities.
Debate sessions will be held here on Friday and Saturday.
Debate sessions are the most important part of the conference, where delegates will showcase their abilities and knowledge of real-world issues. Delegates will present their work, in the form of clauses or resolutions to the chairs, and will be able to speak in favor or against, submit amendments and raise points during the debate. These sessions will occupy all three days, in several different rooms each pertaining to specific committees. 30-minute breaks are available between sessions. Moreover, lobbying, which is a way for delegates to convince others of the validity of their clauses/resolutions and obtain co-submitters, is available at the beginning of every new topic.

Located at less than a 10-minute walk from the main venue of the conference (ESADE), this will be one of the hotels where BIMUN ESADE participants will be staying. Breakfast buffet, library, free Wifi and press can be found among the variety of services offered.

The General Assembly & Closing Ceremony will be held here on Sunday.

Closing ceremony: This event is when the conference officially ends. The Executive Team and Organizers deliver speeches, commenting on the conference as a whole and on the hard work delegates have put in during the three days. Furthermore, special guests are invited to help close BIMUN ESADE 2024 and prizes are delivered by the chairs to the most outstanding delegates throughout the conference.

Attic Studio

Attic Studio is a spectacular attic in a two-floor building located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, 15 to 20 minutes walk away from Hotel Sant Cugat. It's equipped with an outstanding 450m² terrace with a swimming pool, as well as a comfortable and large interior with great views.
The social event will be held here on Friday.
The Social Event is definitely one of the most exciting activities in any conference. Delegates are able to get to know each other at a more personal level, in a relaxed and safe environment. Music and dinner will be available for all participants.
